Meet David Pagliarini

David is the founder of Pagliarini Law Firm, LLC. He is a versatile litigator with experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of civil disputes. His clients, ranging from state agencies, municipalities to first time home buyers, know they can count on David for sound, honest advice and cost-effective representation.

As one of South Carolina’s foremost eminent domain attorneys, David is called on to offer representation and advice in all phases of eminent domain proceedings. Prior to entering the legal practice, David attended The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, graduating in 1991 with a B.A. in History. While at The Citadel, David earned a Dean's List and Gold Star award for academic achievement, was a member and captain of the lacrosse team, an elected honor court representative, and achieved the cadet rank of company academic officer. Following graduation, David attended the University of South Carolina School of Law where he earned his law degree in 1995.

In addition to practicing law, David serves as a charter member and is a past president of the Rotary Club of Daniel Island and enjoys running and golf. He and his wife, Kimberly, live on Daniel Island. David and Kim’s sons, Tyler and Trent reside in New York and Charlotte respectively.
